Delete your account & data

This page explains how to permanently request deletion of your Thalatha account and associated personal data from inside the official app (Google Play & App Store). It is provided for Google Play Data safety and user transparency.

Important

Account deletion is permanent for your profile and normal app usage data. You must complete the steps in the app while signed in to the account you want removed.

Who this applies to

Thalatha (the mobile application published by our team; technology partner Nizek) serves both clients and service providers. The same in-app deletion flow applies to both account types.

How to request account deletion (in-app)

  1. 1 Install and open the Thalatha app on your device and sign in with the phone number linked to the account you want deleted.
  2. 2 Open the main Profile screen from the app’s bottom tab bar (profile / account tab).
  3. 3 Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
  4. 4 Read the confirmation message, then confirm that you want to delete your account.
  5. 5 Enter the one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your registered phone number when prompted. This verifies that you control the account.
  6. 6 After the app confirms success, you will be signed out. Your account will be scheduled for deletion and personal data handled as described below.

What data is deleted or kept

  • We delete or anonymize personal information tied to your account when deletion completes, so it can no longer identify you in the service.
  • Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate security requires it (for example aggregated logs or billing records where applicable).

Web-only users

Thalatha account management and deletion are performed inside the mobile app. There is no separate web login for end users. If you cannot access the app, install Thalatha from our app download page, sign in, then follow the steps above.
